Bryan Feinberg (Founder/CEO)
Bryan Feinberg brings nearly two decades of serial technology & media focus to the equation. With strong ties and an extensive network, Bryan's added value is measured in his hands on approach to deal positioning, strategic modeling, market analysis & enabling technologies in any data transaction. With over 15 years of Venture Investing in both the private and public markets, Bryan is an expert on how to best position and develop IP. Bryan is a self proclaimed Startup Junkie and at the Matrix of opportunities that flow through the company.  Over the past 10 years, Bryan completed over $ 150M in transactional business and was recently part of the team that led a $ 13M Private Placement and public listing for INVIVO Therapeutics (OTC: NVIV). Series 7 & 63 Licensed.

Jason Stone (Venture Partner/NYC)
A self-directed investor since the age of 13, Jason brings over 10 years of equity research, financial consulting and venture capital experience to Zephyr. In his experience, Jason has served as a private placement agent for green energy initiatives, capital asset analyst for the US government, and venture advisor to top 10 educational products firms. Jason specializes and has an excellent track record in evaluating clients’ needs and desires, and matching such criteria to both public and private investment opportunities. Jason is a graduate of the University of Rochester, and worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Bloomberg LP and The College Board before joining Zephyr Technology Ventures in late 2011.

Joel Kinney (Venture Partner/Boston)
Joel G. Kinney has been representing the entrepreneur community in Boston since 2001 providing innovative and collaborative legal solutions. His clients include world class innovators in many locally grown businesses spanning low tech greenhouses to high tech telecommunication aggregators and HTML5 Gaming Software.. Joel's deep knowledge of areas dealing with Seed/Venture Funding, licensing and M&A established him as a "goto" attorney in Boston Technology corridor. His Experience in a variety of transactions including contract negotiations, the purchase and Sale of IP Related assets as well as his extensive network makes him uniquely able to assist in growing his clients enterprises. David Chidekel (Venture Partner/NYC)
David Chidekel is a Partner of Roberts Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields. David represents and has represented a wide variety of clients in the entertainment & media industry in numerous commercial, corporate and intellectual property transactions, including institutional and individual clients in music, film, television, fashion, book publishing, electronic media and gaming, and interactive entertainment. David also advises domestic and international clients with respect to licensing music and other audio/ visual content for distribution over the Internet and through wireless mobile devices.  David’s practice is actively involved in analyzing prospective business ventures in this area, as well as counseling clients with respect to the legal and business challenges facing emerging growth companies attempting to link multi media content and information with enabling Technology Platforms.

Paul Radil (Venture Partner/NYC)
For more then 15 years in the Gaming Industry, Paul Radil brings a wealth of knowledge with him to our team. As former Sr. Marketing Analyst and Marketing Manager for Take Two Interactive and Jack of All Games, he has had his hands in everything, from concept to end product. He is skilled in product development and research as well as distribution and marketing. His primary focus over the last few years has been on Next-Gen console and game development, as well as social media and revenue generating value adds, such as in-game advertising and cloud gaming. He regularly attends all the major conventions (E3, E for ALL, CES, and TGS) and has an extensive network of colleagues. His catalog including such games as GTA: San Andres, Red Dead Revolver, and Bioshock.

Richard Kastelein (Venture Partner/London/Amsterdam)
Richard Kastelein is the CEO of Agora Media Innovation (AMI) in London, UK and Publisher of Appmarket.tv - a popular online publication that’s focused on Social TV, TV Apps, Connected TV and Transmedia Formats. He's a Canadian expatriate based in both the UK and The Netherlands and was Winner of 2010 Deloitte Tech., Media & Telcom (TMT) Predictions for Entrepreneurs in Holland for futurist views on Social TV and Media Convergence. AMI is a boutique agency that works with emerging technologies that enable broadcasters, cable companies, content creators, developers and CE manufacturers in delivering and consulting around the emerging convergence

Jason Goecke (Venture Partner/San Jose)
Jason has an extensive background in Open-Source, Telephony, VOIP and IPTV technologies. Jason was recently appointed President of Voxeo, a US based telecommunications software and services company. As well, Jason provides product vision and direction for strategic new initiatives in their Voxeo Labs division. Prior to Voxeo, Jason held management and Director level roles at Genesys, Teletech, Exigen, Proofpoint & Presence Technology Jason is listed as an inventor on several technology patents as well as Co-Author of Adhearsion, an open source framework for developing Voice enabled applications. Jason is an active member and contributor to multiple open source communities as Asterisk & Freeswitch.

Yaron Sagie (Venture Partner/Tel Aviv)
Yaron brings nearly 18 years of both Public and Private sector experience as well as deep understanding of Network based communication technologies. Yaron has incubated several companies from inception through public listing on both the OTC (US), AIM (London) Stock exchanges. Having a strong engineering background coupled with a deep appreciation of intricacies Technology Startups are faced with, Yaron is an expert and identifying and putting together strategic partnerships, financing and product rollouts.

Rakesh Gupta (Venture Advisor/NYC)
Rakesh is the founder and CEO of Kiwitech, a digital interactive production and publishing house with over 300 APP's in the companies production portfolio. Prior to founding Kiwitech, Rakesh was the founder and CEO of Aptara Corp, a leading Digital publishing & production company with over
